Fort Collins
Just fifteen minutes to the east, Colorado's
third-largest city boasts more than 600 acres of parks, 5,000
acres of natural areas, 20 miles of off-street hike and bike
trails, three golf
courses, a racquet center, three swimming pools, an ice
rink, and a community center. The city is home to Colorado
State University, whose Professional Veterinary Medicine program
was ranked second in the nation by U.S. News and World Report.
In April 2005, Men's Journal magazine called Fort Collins
the fourth best place to live in America. MSN.com ranked the city among
the country's top five retirement destinations.
And did we mentioned more than 300 days of sunshine each year?
